Herbs help us balance our lives by providing us with essential nutrients necessary to life. While we do not necessarily warrant that herbs will be a cure all, herbs will help provided they have been grown naturally in healthy soil.

Begin planting your seeds in March. Keep soil moist and cover with Saran Wrap or other clear wrap to retain moisture and boost germination. Remove wrapping once height reaches 3/4-1 inch inch. Re-pot as soon as your seedlings reach about 1 1/2 inches tall.

Always visit your doctor before taking herbal remedies to make sure that alergic reactions do not take place.

LAVENDER Relieves stress, soothes migrane headaches, an antiseptic, a mild sedative, ingredient in bath oil, great for herbal vinegar, used in aromatic therapy, triggers the lymbic system, lowers blood pressure.

MINTS Cure for hiccups, a breath freshner, reduces a chance of a heart stroke, rich in potassium, aid to digestion, an energy wake you upper.

SAGE The herb of health, relieves throat infection, fights bacteria, a good antiseptic, increases longevity, helps in the reduction of grey hair.

ST JOHNS WART A mood enhancer, promotes an increased sense of well being, calms nerves, a sleep aid, heals skin irritations, an anti-depressant.
